You can cancel your en rollment in an online class up to 2 days before the scheduled start date of the class. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation must be accompanied by a genuine reason. Examples of genuine reasons include unexpected medical issues, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent your participation in the class. The reason provided will be subject to review by our team.
3. Refund Amount:
If you cancel your enrollment within the 2-day window and your reason is deemed genuine by our team, you will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total course fee. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
4. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, you must contact our support team via email or phone and provide the necessary details about your cancellation and the genuine reason for your request. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional documentation to verify the reason provided. Once the reason is verified, the refund process will be initiated.
5. Timeframe for Refund:
Upon approval of your refund request, the refund process will be initiated within 10 business days. The exact time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
6. Non-Transferable:
Refunds are non-transferable and apply only to the original registrant. They cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different course or service.
7. No-Show or Late Cancellation:
If you do not provide a genuine reason for cancellation or fail to cancel within the specified 2-day window, your enrollment fee will not be refunded.
8. Course Material Access:
In the case of a refund, you will lose access to any course materials, resources, or recordings associated with the online class.
